This Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and accompanying quotation are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Validity

• This BOQ is valid for 60 days from the date of submission.

2. Pricing

• All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT & AIT.
• Prices may vary based on market conditions, especially for imported items and materials.

3. Scope of Work

• The scope of work is subject to variation of up to ±10%, considering that much of the work involves manual labor and on-site decisions.
• Any scope change will be discussed and agreed upon in writing (signed document or official email) by both parties.

4. Drawings and Execution

• Site work will be executed strictly based on the approved (signed) working drawings.
• Any additional work beyond the approved scope must be documented through a separate BOQ, with an updated timeline and cost, and must be approved by the client.

5. Timeline and Delays

• Delays in payment may result in postponement or cancellation of the project. These delays will not affect the original project timeline.
• If changes occur during execution, the timeline will be reassessed and updated in writing.

6. Force Majeure

• In case of Force Majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.) that prevents or delays execution, Accent Architects will notify the client in writing.
• The project will be postponed for the affected period, plus up to one additional week for remobilization.

7. Warranty

• Upon completion and official handover of the site, the following warranties will apply:
  • 1-year hardware replacement guarantee
  • 2-year service warranty

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes or disagreements will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion between the client and Accent Architects.

9. Special Note

• The final quotation is subject to adjustments due to design changes, scope modifications, or human errors. These changes will be reviewed and resolved with the client’s consent.
