Refund & Cancellation Policy – Accent Architects

At Accent Architects, we take pride in delivering quality interior solutions and custom-designed products. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and a smooth experience for our valued clients.

Placing an Order

  • Measurement Responsibility: Before placing an order, clients must ensure that the product can be delivered through the entryway of their home, office, or premises. Accent Architects will not be responsible for returns or cancellations due to delivery challenges related to access or space constraints.
  • Assembly: Some items may require self-assembly. Detailed instructions will be provided, and necessary tools will be included. In cases where our assistance is required, a carpenter visit will be scheduled after delivery, if applicable.

On Delivery

  • Product Placement: For furniture and modular installations, please ensure the item is level and stable. Uneven surfaces up to 5mm are considered industry standard and can usually be corrected with balancing accessories.
  • Initial Inspection: We advise clients to inspect products immediately upon delivery. In case of any concerns (e.g., surface dust, minor dullness), gently wiping with a soft cloth usually resolves the issue.

Damages & Missing Parts

  • If your item is damaged, scratched, or broken during delivery, or if essential components (e.g., screws, manuals) are missing:
    • Notify our Customer Support team within 3 days of receiving the item.
    • Share clear photographs of the issue for quick evaluation.
    • Based on the assessment, we will either offer:
      • A repair service.
      • Replacement of missing parts.
      • A full refund, if repair or replacement is not possible.
  • Important: Retain all original packaging until our team confirms collection or resolution.
  • Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be processed after reverse pickup of the product. Please allow up to 3 business days for collection and 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, as products are made-to-order or customized for individual clients.
  • Accent Architects-Initiated Cancellations: In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued promptly.
